Free wi-fi internet access is available in all apartments.
Equipment for babies and toddlers
We are happy to provide a cot, highchair and baby monitor for our youngest guests free of charge. Plus you’ll find a cupboard with toys to borrow.
Car park
There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.
Ski cellar
Store your winter sports equipment in our ski cellar with ski boot dryer.
Pets
We charge a supplement of € 5,00 for your pet per night without food.
Smoking
Our house is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in front of the house and on the balcony. Ashtrays are provided.
Arrival & departure
On day of arrival apartments at our Ferienhaus Mitterer are available from 2.00 pm. On day of departure we kindly request you vacate your accommodation by 9.00 am.
Resort tax
The stated apartment prices are excluding resort tax. See below:
- 1.12. – 30.4. and 20.6. – 10.9. € 2,00 per person per night over 15 years
- 1.5. – 19.6. and 11.9. – 30.11. € 1,20 per person per night over 15 years
End of stay cleaning fee
- Apartment Lavendel: € 35,00
- Apartment Lilie: € 50,00
- Apartment Kaiserkrone: € 50,00
Conditions of payment
In the event of booking we require a deposit of € 200,00 per apartment transfered to our account. The remainder should be paid prior to departure in cash.
Cancellation conditions
Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. For this reason we recommend you take out travel insurance.
